A. Newsletters & Emails to You

At registration or creation of a username and at various times as you use this Website, you will be given the option of receiving recurring informational newsletters via email from Mollen and/or directly from third parties. These emails will not contain Protected Health Information, but may contain information related to specific treatments or conditions about which you have inquired or expressed interest. In order to subscribe to Mollen newsletters via email, we need your contact information, such as your name and email address. You can unsubscribe from the newsletters by simply clicking on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email newsletter. An email to our automated unsubscribe service will be created on your computer. Click the “send” button. You will then be unsubscribed from that newsletter within two to three business days. B. Email a Friend and Refer and Nurse Functions

If you choose to use our “Email a Friend” or “Refer a Nurse” services, we will ask you for your name, your email address and your friend’s or the nurse’s email address. We will automatically send your friend or the nurse you are referring a one-time email inviting him or her to visit this Website using your name and email address. Mollen does not use your name, your email address or your friend’s or the nurse’s email information and the information you provide using either service for any other purpose.

C. Emails You Send to Mollen
